Graduate research assistants
Graduate research assistants (GRA's) are research-titled employees who participate in more advanced research projects on the cutting edge of technology. Graduate students have an opportunity to expand their skills, apply their knowledge and gain a competitive edge in the job market.
Requirements
All GRA’s must meet the following criteria:
- Complete at least one semester with a declared major that supports a GTRI laboratory job description
- Be able to work up to 20 hours per week
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Be a U.S. citizen
GRA Opportunities
Many GTRI laboratories have graduate research assistant positions available. The following positions are currently available.
Graduate Research Assistant, ELSYS and/or SEAL
- Focus areas: modern target tracking, precision geolocation, and communications signal processing
- Laboratories: Electronic Systems Laboratory (ELSYS) and the Sensors and Electromagnetic Applications Laboratory (SEAL)
